Rosenberger Site Solutions, LLC (“RSS”) shall maintain this website (“Site”) for its use and convenience and the use and convenience of its customers, suppliers and others.

It is your sole responsibility to verify and maintain the protection, security, and dissemination of your account number(s), user names, and passwords related to purchasing via RSS and RosenbergerOnline.us. You expressly agree that you assume and accept all liability relating to password management and that under no circumstances, including negligence or misconduct, shall RSS be liable for any damages that result from your use of this Site.
